FREE Renal Nutrition Teleconference
Understanding Inflammation in the Chronic Kidney Disease Patient

This event features esteemed National Renal Expert Dr. Alison Steiber,
Ph.D., R.D., L.D. from Case Western Reserve University who will conduct a
45 minute audio presentation followed by a 15 minute Q&A session.

Program Objectives

•Understand the pathophysiology of inflammation and its impact on patient
metabolism. •Understand the prevalence of inflammation in CKD patients
with dialysis, the process of catabolism leading to protein energy wasting
(PEW), and the overall impact on patient outcomes. •Understand the
